How do I place an order?

If you’d like to order online, just add items to your basket and when you’re ready go to check out.

We’ll ask you a few questions, like the address you’d like us to deliver to, how you’d like to pay and what you’d like us to do if you’re out when we arrive.

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an email to confirm what’s on its way and when it’s coming.

By placing an order you are offering to buy goods from us. We will let you know that we have received your order  but this does not mean that your order has been accepted. There is no contract between us until we have accepted your order.When we have accepted your order, we will confirm this in an email. Keep your confirmation in a safe place in case of any query.If we cannot supply you with the goods you have ordered, we reserve the right to supply you with substitute goods of similar quality and function. If we supply you with substitute goods, you do not have to keep them and can return them at our cost if they are not acceptable.
