All of our selected lamb is free to graze on grasslands. Lambs reared naturally in this way are succulent, tender and flavoursome.
We source our lamb from local farmers who have been supplying Checketts with their outstanding quality produce for many years (or even decades!)
Buying the whole lamb means that we are able to offer all cuts from chops, cutlets and roasting joints, slow cook cuts such as shanks and shoulders, home made burgers, koftas and sausages (our Moroccan lamb sausage is a firm favourite,) to premium mince and stewing lamb to create the perfect winter warmers, curries and pies.
