Our free range pork is sourced from the abundance of farmers we are privileged to have within the local area including slow reared breeds such as Saddleback and Gloucester Old Spot.
These rare breeds mature at a slower rate, enhancing the flavour and succulence of the pork and ensure scrumptious crispy crackling every time.
Our specially selected pork is available in a whole range of cuts, from loin steaks, chops, roasting joints and fillets. Our premium quality pork is freshly minced for you ensuring the freshest possible taste.
You will find the finest quality cured and smoked bacon and gammon, produced using this superb pork. We cure using traditional methods that produces our range of dry cured bacons with fabulous tenderness and flavour. Using this in house process we are able to offer a wide range of deliciously tender bacon and gammon.
